Heather Herman Allwein
Founder & Owner | Lead Stylist | Master Color Expert
Heather is the founder and owner of House of Hair, proudly serving clients in her hometown of Annville, Pennsylvania. With more than 19 years in the beauty industry and over seven years as a salon owner, Heather has built House of Hair around her love of beautiful hair, genuine relationships, education, and creating an elevated experience that still feels like home.
As a Wella Certified Master Color Expert and Halo Couture Extensions certified stylist, Heather specializes in dimensional color, advanced color corrections, dry cutting, and transformative looks. Her career has also included freelance education with Wella and serving as a Network Educator for Bumble & Bumble—experiences that continue to fuel her passion for education and mentorship within the beauty industry.
For Heather, the most rewarding part of being behind the chair is the relationships built along the way. Many of her clients have trusted her with their hair for more than a decade, and she considers those relationships one of the greatest gifts of her career.
When she isn't at the salon, Heather is usually somewhere with her family, cheering on her son Oliver, spending time outdoors, or supporting the community she calls home. Her favorite things include spicy food, making people laugh, dirt bikes, and escaping to the cabin whenever she can.

Lauren Daubert
Senior Stylist
With nearly 17 years in the beauty industry, Lauren brings extensive experience, creativity, and a genuine love for her craft to House of Hair. She joined the House of Hair team in 2020 and quickly became an integral part of the salon family.
Lauren specializes in blonding, balayage, and dimensional, lived-in color. She has continued to expand her education through advanced training with industry leaders including Bumble & Bumble and Wella, always looking for new techniques and inspiration to bring back to her clients.
Her approach behind the chair is all about creating hair that feels beautiful, effortless, and customized to each individual. She loves a soft, dimensional color paired with a great layered haircut—especially styles that grow out beautifully and fit naturally into her clients' lifestyles.
Outside of the salon, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and their two boys. She's always looking for inspiration, whether it comes from the latest beauty trends, travel, fashion, or simply everyday life.

Larissa Hionis
Senior Stylist | Extension Expert
With more than 9 years behind the chair, Larissa is a seasoned stylist and longtime member of the House of Hair team. She is known for creating beautiful, natural-looking transformations while making sure every service is customized to the individual client.
Larissa specializes in luxury hair extensions and is Halo Pro certified in both weft and tape-in extensions. She has a true eye for blending, placement, and creating seamless results that complement each client's natural hair.
In addition to extensions, Larissa specializes in lived-in color, blonding, and balayage. Her commitment to continued education has included training with Aveda, Sunlights Balayage, Wella, Redken, and Mane Ivy, allowing her to continually refine her techniques and stay current with the industry.
When she's not behind the chair, Larissa loves spending time with her three children, Maverick, Lennon, & Bodie. Family, creativity, and making her clients feel confident are at the heart of what she does.

Madison Sangster
Manager | Stylist
Madison brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for the beauty industry to House of Hair. A graduate of Empire Beauty School, Madison spent her early career learning alongside the salon's senior stylists while also helping manage the front desk and day-to-day operations of the salon.
That experience has given her a well-rounded understanding of both the technical side of the industry and the importance of creating a welcoming client experience. As she continues to grow behind the chair, Madison especially enjoys creating lived-in blondes and low-maintenance color that look beautiful as they grow out.
She is also certified in both tape-in extensions and sew-in wefts and continues to invest in education as she expands her skills and develops her own style behind the chair.
Whether you're looking for a fresh haircut, a color refresh, a transformation, or simply a relaxing wash and style, Madison's goal is always the same—to make every client feel comfortable, cared for, and confident when they leave her chair.
Outside of the salon, you'll find Madison spending time with family, getting creative with arts and crafts, or enjoying time at the pool or beach.

Alexis Messner
Stylist | Receptionist
Meet Alexis, a dedicated and motivated stylist who is continuing to build her skills and education while becoming an integral part of the House of Hair team. Alexis graduated from the LCCTC Cosmetology program three years ago and is excited to continue growing her knowledge and experience as she develops her career in the salon.
You'll find Alexis behind the front desk one day a week, where she helps create a welcoming experience for our guests, and behind the chair throughout the rest of the week. She is known for her attention to detail, staying one step ahead, and making sure every guest feels cared for throughout their appointment.
Alexis recently became certified in tape-in extensions and curly hair cutting methods and is excited to continue expanding her education and services. Her goal is to keep learning, growing, and gaining valuable experience while building lasting relationships with her guests.
Madyson Heilman
Front Desk Receptionist | Assistant | Junior Stylist
Meet Madyson, the newest stylist to join the House of Hair team! A 2026 graduate of Cedar Crest High School and the LCCTC Cosmetology program, Madyson has already been part of the House of Hair family for several years, spending her summers as support staff and learning the ins and outs of the salon environment.
As the niece of owner Heather, Madyson's connection to House of Hair began long before her professional career. Heather recognized her natural creativity and knack for the craft early on—even when Madyson was helping apply color to her hair at home!
Today, you'll find Madyson welcoming guests at the front desk, assisting our stylists behind the chair, and continuing to build her skills and confidence as a new stylist. She currently accepts guests and models on Fridays as she gains hands-on experience and develops her own style behind the chair.
Madyson is excited to learn from the talented team around her and looks forward to growing her career right here at House of Hair.
Alesha Mauger
Senior Stylist | Future Educator
Meet Alesha, our newest addition to the House of Hair team! With more than 20 years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist, Alesha brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and passion to the salon. Her love for the industry has continued to grow throughout her career, fueled by a commitment to education and creating beautiful, personalized results for every guest.
Alesha especially enjoys precision haircuts, working with curls, and bringing her clients' visions to life. She has earned L'Oréal Professionnel certifications in Hair Color Masters and Long Hair Design, adding to the extensive knowledge and experience she has developed throughout her career behind the chair.
Alesha will be at House of Hair on Thursdays while pursuing her next professional goal: becoming a licensed cosmetology educator. She hopes to use the knowledge and experience she has gained throughout her career to inspire, mentor, and help develop the next generation of beauty professionals.
For Alesha, beauty is more than a career—it's a craft she's passionate about and a legacy she hopes to pass on.
Lincoln
Salon Mascot
Every good salon needs a mascot—and ours just happens to be a big, lovable meatball.
Lincoln is House of Hair's resident greeter and Heather's favorite coworker. He loves people, animals, children, and most importantly, coming to work with his mom.
You'll usually find him tucked underneath a styling chair, snoozing on the couch, or making his way around the salon looking for someone to give him some attention. He spends approximately 90% of his workday sleeping and the other 10% making sure everyone feels welcome.
His specialties include unconditional love, professional napping, and giving the occasional kiss while you're getting beautified.
