I’m Heather, owner of House of Hair located in my hometown of Annville, PA. I’ve been in the industry for over 17 years & in business for myself for 6. I’m a Wella Certified Master Color Expert as well as newly certified in Halo Couture Extensions. My passion lies behind the chair creatively, being a sole owner/entrepreneur, and educating and mentoring other stylists/piers. I’ve free lance educated for Wella as well as Network Educating for Bumble & Bumble in the last decade. If I’m not in the salon I’m raising my son Oliver, my proudest accomplishment yet!
✨ Creatively I enjoy color correcting and extensive coloring techniques as well as dry cutting. A lived in color look is one of my go-to’s!
✨ House of Hair has been a dream of mine since I was a little girl. I just added our 7th team member & am beyond excited to see what the future has in store… keep watching!
✨ Business has always been a huge interest to me, all the details of being an entrepreneur from calculations to future investing I like to keep my brain running.
✨ The relationships I’ve built with my clients has to be one of the most rewarding parts of what I do, most of which I’ve had for more than 10+ years and I cherish each and every one of them like family.

Lauren Daubert
Senior Stylist
Here’s our Ah-mazing Senior Stylist Lauren Daubert! Lauren has been in the industry for 13 years and found her forever home at House of Hair almost 2 years ago. She specializes in blondes and balayage and has taken dozen’s of continuing education with Bumble &Bumble & Wella. When she’s not behind the chair, Lauren is spending time with her husband and son!
✨Favorite products are Bumble and Bumble’s HIO Primer & the HIO Soft Texture Finishing Spray.
✨Favorite trend right now is a bold face frame highlight with a soft root smudge.
✨Go-to styling tool is a 1 inch curling iron from Babyliss!

Larissa Hionis
Senior Stylist
Meet our other senior stylist Larissa!! She has been in the industry for over 5 years and a veteran at House of Hair. Larissa is our Halo Professional certified extension specialist as well as a master in blonding and balayaging.
Larissa has advanced cutting and color training with Aveda and Sunlights Balayage. She especially enjoys lived in color and barbering. Furthering her education and keeping up with current trends is high priority to her. When not in the salon you will find her with her two kids, Maverick and Alexandra and her dog Dakota.
✨Larissa’s favorite Bumble and Bumble product is Surf infusion, she loves the soft beachy texture it gives to waves.
✨Her favorite trend is lived in color with brighter warmer tones.
✨She’s a badass bartender by night who whips up some of the best spicy margaritas in town!
Emma Hood
Stylist
Meet Emma! She is a Stylist at House of Hair.. She’s a licensed graduate of Lancaster school of Cosmetology with an impeccable work ethic backing her. Emma has been with us for over a year already and is a huge asset to our growing team. Here’s a few fun facts about her…

✨Balayaging is her favorite service to perform currently.
✨Outside of work you can catch Emma hanging out with her friends or spending quality time with her family.

Madison Sangster
Receptionists & Assistant.
Meet Madison, our pm receptionist and assistant to our lead stylists’ making our salon run smoothly. Madison is a recent graduate of A-C and is attending Empire Beauty School to become our next Stylists next year 2025. With her hungry work ethic and detailed passion for the industry she is going to take off as soon as she is behind the chair and we can’t wait to witness it. Madison currently is about half way through her schooling and loves assisting and learning all the in’s and out’s inside the salon.
Lorena Lutz Sutter
Receptionist
Say hello to Lorena, our newest Receptionist yet longest supporter. She will be greeting you & managing all duties to run our reception area smoothly in the daytime hours. Her contagious smile & positive personality is one you’ll never forget. Does she look familiar? She’s been family to Heather since she was 16 years old, a mother-in-law one would be crazy to let go. Don’t hesitate to chat with her in English or Spanish, she’ll have you rolling for hours.
Mia Bauserman
Junior Stylist
Meet Mia, our newest Stylists at House of Hair. Commuting from York she has sought out a salon where she can continue learning in her craft, exudes positive energy, and has a group of individuals that work as a team. Mia has just passed her Cosmetology State Board Exam and is taking clients on Saturdays until she is finished with school at Walk with Scissors in June. She will be behind the chair full time this summer growing her clientele and practicing her craft. Her interests include blonding, coloring, and extensions but is not limited to just that. Give Mia a big welcoming hello next time you’re in and see her!
Madyson Heilman
Upcoming Cosmetology Student, Support Staff
Madyson is a soon to be junior at CCHS enrolled in the 2 year LCCTC Cosmetology program graduating 2026. She has been working summers at House of Hair as support staff aiding in the sidewalk of the salon gaining experience in the industry before even starting her journey. Maddy is the niece of owner, Heather whom early on noticed she had a knack for craft when she would help apply color on her hair at home. Keep your eyes open for her in the salon over the summers and some evenings.

Mascot
He’s the big meatball waiting to greet you at the front door. Lincoln is 6 months old and loves all people, animals, and children. His favorite thing is coming to work with his mom, Heather. You can catch him sitting under your chair, sleeping 90% of his day by the couch, or giving you love and kisses while you get beautified.
